Royal Family fans are swooning over the resemblance of Prince Harry and Prince Phillip as pictures illustrate how similar they are.
Both royals have served their nation, and Facebook royalist communities can’t get enough of how similar they look in their military uniforms.
Fans were amazed by the two, who posted photo after photo with the phrase, “Like grandfather, like grandson.” It was like history repeating itself.
Prince Philip, the oldest husband of the British monarch, began his naval career in May 1939 before joining the battleship HMS Ramillies in 1940, when he was just 19, and spending six months in the ‘Indian Ocean.
In July 1951, the Duke of Edinburgh retired from active naval service and was appointed Admiral of the Sea Cadet Corps, Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Cadet Force and Commodore-in-Chief of the Air Training Corps l ‘Next year.
Years later, her grandson Prince Harry followed in her footsteps by enrolling at the Royal Military Academy aged 21 in 2005.
In February 2008, the Ministry of Defense said the Duke of Sussex spent nearly two months with the British Army in Helmand, Afghanistan.
Prince Harry spent twelve years in the military, rising through the ranks to captain and serving two deployments to Afghanistan.
