Ironically, the actor came out sporting a military uniform for a commercial shoot for a famous sandwich brand Subway.

In the drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” Kang Tae Oh became known as the handsome “Seopseophae Guy” due to his catchphrase “I’m upset (seopseophae).”

After learning that the actor had won the commercial gig, fans felt it was a “dream come true” as some avid viewers reached out to the brand to scout the actor as a role model.

It was because of Kang Tae Oh’s name in ENA’s popular drama Lee Jun Ho. Previously, singer-actor Lee Jun Ho had been billed as the brand’s model.

For this reason, fans thought it would be perfect for the brand to have “another Lee Jun Ho” as a role model.

On the other hand, Kang Tae Oh’s commercial for the sandwich brand hasn’t been released yet. The actor is expected to enlist in the military later this year.

He is currently starring as a member of the litigation team in the popular romantic drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” with Park Eun Bin and Kang Ki Young.
