Indeed, Biden’s policies are the problem
I read the commentary by Larimer Democratic Party “water boy,” Warren T Brill, about a letter to the editor written by Carl Langner. Mr. Langner simply pointed to this ineptitude, with our high gas prices due to Biden’s policies on drilling and pipelines; the loss of 13 brave servicemen in an ill-conceived withdrawal from Afghanistan (the US military likely abandoned tens of millions of dollars worth of aircraft, armored vehicles and sophisticated defensive systems, according to USA Today, in the eager to leave the airport); our record inflation rate; and the open border that allows over a million undocumented people to cross the southern border and an alarming amount of fentanyl, enriching the drug cartels, based on information provided to me by law enforcement sources as a retired elected sheriff in Larimer County. The supply of fentanyl flowing from Mexico to the United States has become an epidemic. It kills thousands of unsuspecting young people.
No, Mr. Brill’s comments are hollow and lack an understanding of what our country is going through right now.

Ukraine is Europe’s business, not ours
Hi Loveland friends. Recently, the main market indicators, the stock market, point to a reduction in the possibility of war with Russia. We should all hope and pray that this is true. If not, I say with the utmost determination that we have absolutely no business fighting Russia over Ukraine. Ukraine is none of our business. At all. This is a purely European issue, not one for American boys to fight and die for.
Please don’t listen to any media or US government propaganda about this. All want a war with Russia, a nuclear superpower. It would be game over for the United States. We do not want “no-fly zones”, a direct act of war. We don’t need to ship offensive weapons like the MiG-29s, another direct act of war. None – that is, none – of these ideas should be used.
Why don’t we do what we can do with Ukraine? Drill, drill, drill. Fract, fract, fract. Become energy independent again in the United States like we were in 2019. And ship massive shipments of LNG to Europe to fill the void. The global warming scam is toxic to American lives. We are entering a new period of global solar minimums. We have open borders with a narco state in Mexico. 2.5 million illegal aliens crossed over in 2021, many more will in 2022. 100,000 Americans died of fentanyl overdoses last year, all from China. Crime is hyperactive in American cities. People are fleeing blue states. Why?

What it means to “follow the science”
“Follow the science” has become a political slur meaning “I’m smarter than you, I win the argument” during COVID. Recently, we learned that “the science has changed” and that some mandates have gone with it.
The “science” of the scientific method is the process of making observations, formulating hypotheses, performing experiments to test your hypotheses, analyzing your results, and formulating a conclusion. If your conclusion is wrong, you could make adjustments or start all over again. With a correct hypothesis, the experimental results are reproducible and can make correct predictions.
Sometimes “science” is actually naturalistic atheism that everything formed and evolved over millions and billions of years. It is an undemonstrable theory, but often taught as fact in schools. This means that there is no creator God or any supernatural activity.
Throughout history, there have been many scientific “truths” that were wrong. It wasn’t until the late 1800s that doctors were finally convinced that washing hands and equipment between patients would reduce disease transmission. Imagine your reaction if your doctor greeted you with bloody hands.
The real science does not change, but our interpretation and political misuse does. We have seen this clearly over the past two years with the ever-changing “science” based COVID requirements.
If you had told me two years ago that the United States was funding gain-of-function virus research in Wuhan, China, I would have thought you were crazy.
Recently, Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland said that Ukraine has biological research facilities threatened by fighting. These are supported by the United States, and apparently there are 26 of them.
Climate czar John Kerry is deeply concerned that the war will distract Putin from focusing on climate change. As you have been told many times, the science of climate change is settled.
When you’re commissioned to do something based on “science,” it’s wise to question the science.

Still bashing Biden and worshiping Trump?
I’m impressed with Biden’s response to the war in Ukraine.
In contrast: ex-President Trump continues to toe Putin’s line. Recently by expressing his admiration for Putin, when the war had started. In the past, by stalling the delayed implementation of the Magnitsky Act twice approved by Congress, filling Putin’s war chest with billions of dollars.
Today, Mo Brooks, Republican Rep. from Alabama, says Trump has asked him to “immediately” remove Biden from office and call a new presidential election. But “miraculously” Trump is doing just fine. I wish he and his GOP friends would move to Russia and join their friend Vladimir Putin and find out how a dictatorship without checks and balances really works.
